u14 Team training

U14 Team training is our intro to training group program. This program is for athletes in 6-8th grade who are just getting started on their athletic development journey. This program introduces youth athletes to the fundamentals of speed, agility, quickness, and weight room training in a safe, fun, and competitive environment. Group sizes range from 5-15 athletes for a high energy atmosphere that gets your athlete to fall in love with the training process.

Semi-private training

Semi Private training is our most popular training model as well as our premier program. We put our all athletes through a thorough evaluation process to start, and then use this information to prepare a month of customized programming specific to the needs and goals of each athlete. You get the personalization of a personal training program, in a small group environment. Our athlete-to-coach ratio never exceeds 5:1 and new members can expect the first couple of weeks to be highly coaching intensive.

Nutrition Consultations

Optimal health and longevity start with optimal nutrition. We start our clients out with a complete health/nutrition history review, and look to make slow, steady, achievable changes over time. Regardless if your pervious diets have been, Keto, Paleo, Auto-immune, Low Carb, Vegan, Vegetarian, or the Standard American Diet, our goal is to find the diet that specifically fits your goals and lifestyle best.

We don't give you a stock template, or rigid diet plan that turns you into a robot.

Our goal is to educate and empower you to understand the why behind your nutritional choices and how they can drastically impact your health and well-being. When it comes to nutrition, consistency and sustainability are the keys to success, but so often neglected with short term aggressive fat loss programs and yo-yo diets. This program puts you in the driver seat and helps you become self sufficient when making your nutritional choices.
