In this, our premier offering for Adult client training, we start with a thorough health history and fitness background review. This process gives us the information to create a program perfectly designed to fit your needs, goals, and abilities. Group training and can be intimidating at first, so we often recommend getting your feet wet with a month of personal training to build confidence and consistency.
semi-private training
Semi Private Training is our most popular training model for our adult members. We put all our clients through a thorough evaluation process to start, and then use this information to prepare a long-term customized program specific to the needs and goals of each member. You get the personalization of a personal training program, in a small group environment. This helps to foster a community of accountability, fun, competitiveness, and growth, without paying the premium prices of Personal Training. New members can expect the first couple of weeks to be highly coaching intensive.
