Return to Play exists to help bridge the gap between pain and play. When we say play, we simply mean any activity that requires you to depend on your body and mind in your daily life.

Who do we help?

We help any/everyone who suffers with pain that prevents them from doing what they want to do (play). Whether you’re an athlete looking to get back to the field or court, or grandmother who wants to get back to her garden, we give you the tools to restore resiliency and strength to get back to doing what you love.

How do we do this?

We learn your story, we evaluate your baseline, and we intervene. No two people are the same, and because of this truth, we give our clients what works for them. There are no cookie cutter programs or protocols that you should be doing just because you have (insert problem here). We meet you where you are and use methods that give you results instantly! No more 6-week programs, no more at home band exercises that get you nowhere. Getting back to play doesn’t have take days, weeks, or months.
